Information we process
Depending on how you use the service, we process account information, your name, email, phone number and other details you enter; listing information, locations, photographs and documents; messages and reports; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, session data and operational or security logs. Do not send identity, banking or other sensitive documents unless necessary for your request.
Purposes and legal bases
Information needed for accounts, listings and user requests supports the service you request and the contractual relationship. System protection, abuse prevention and complaint handling may rely on legitimate interests, taking account of your rights. We also process information where required by law. Processing that requires consent relies on that consent, which can be withdrawn. Without information required for an account or response, we cannot provide that function.
Public information
Published listing content, photographs, the stated location and contact details displayed with the listing are available to visitors. Review them before publishing and avoid information unnecessary for advertising. Enquiries sent to advertisers include the contact details and message you enter; recipients use them to respond.
Service providers and external content
Hosting, email and technical support providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. Maps, video and other external content may send your IP address and technical information to their providers. Links may lead to websites with their own privacy notices. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities where there is a legal basis.
Transfers and retention
Service providers may process information outside your country. Contact us for details of specific recipients and safeguards; we do not claim that all information remains in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We retain data as needed for accounts, listings, requests, security and applicable legal duties. Deletion may be limited by retention obligations, disputes or backup cycles. Retention is not the same for every category.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances. We may request reasonable identity verification to protect your data. You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina or another competent supervisory authority.
Security and updates
